The complexities of life can be overwhelming. Our everyday experiences have us processing information and making decisions around every corner we turn. This can lead to fatigue, anxiety, feeling stuck, stress, and burnout. Sometimes we look to others for for solutions that will put a patch on our everyday problems and often we feel so isolated that we do nothing at all. Equipped with the right tools, we can confidently solve these problems one actionable step at a time, allowing us to experience more joy and connection in both our personal and work lives.

This interactive workshop will provide you with tools, strategies, and mindsets to set you on the way to becoming a design hero in your life. Design thinking is a process of creative problem-solving. This framework offers human-centered techniques to solve problems innovatively. Participants will learn about the design thinking framework through solution-driven activities developed to foster creative confidence and a bias towards action that will inspire new ways to overcome everyday problems.
