This conference is designed for people who are:

• Women, nonbinary, transgender, genderqueer, or gender fluid
• Work (or aspire to work) in tech, especially as an engineer, entrepreneur, activist, teacher, designer, or other leader, and
• Belong to an ethnic group or race underrepresented in tech, such as African-American/Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Middle Eastern/MENA, Pacific Islander, Southeast Asian, and Indians from scheduled castes

While we recognize that people of other genders and ethnicities face discrimination, Tech Intersections is a unique space that centers women of color from underrepresented races and ethnicities.

We are thrilled to offer free tickets for the first time, as well as premium registration.  To help us keep this conference accessible and sustainable, we encourage those who can – especially those with professional development funds – to buy a premium ticket.
